
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Tundra offers an in-house formal training program which is mandatory for employees to complete. The program consists of 1-hour training sessions in a variety of disciplines. The in-house seminars are currently divided into two sessions, Session I and Session II, which can be further expanded as the program develops.
